How to Get the P-user

I have S user ID given by my partner organisation. when I login to account.sap.com then I can see P user is also assigned to me but when I an trying to reset the password of P user System says it is locked.

I raised a ticket to HCM Cloud ops and launch pad but no one is able to help. So finally raising here. Can some one help with this please.

Good day.

The p user that you find in your S-user is not the correct one.

The P-User is a public user. Partners can ask using an email address provided by customers and not used before for creation of S-user.

Below some istructions.

  1. Go to community https://community.sap.com/ .
  2. Click on Log in/Sign-up
  3. Log On pop up, Click on Register
  4. Add the necessary info and register. Please remember do not use an email already used for another employee.
  5. When the account will be set up, log in into and in the account setting you can found the number P-User. Please send me that P-user (that start with P) and password.
