SAP Crystal Reports Repository Explorer Unable to Connect Error

Using SAP Crystal Reports 2016 Support Pack 7 and SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.2 Support Pack 7 Version: 14.2.7.3069 and am unable to connect to server using repository explorer. I'm able to ping the server without issue, can log in using same credentials directly to CMC, but get error when trying to establish connection through Crystal Repository explorer. Using Enterprise auth for both, servers all appear to be enabled and running,all with specified request ports (not auto assigned). What am I missing to get the connection working? User account I'm using is an admin.
