Lockbox Payment posted but open Item not cleared

Hi All,

Need help related to a lockbox issue.

We had a wire payment for a customer.

We received the lockbox file and the is payment was matched and turned to green but there was no document created and also the customer open item was not cleared.

Please help if anyone has faced a similar issue
