Employee Time Status Remains Inactive for the Time Recorded using Microsoft Excel

Hello,

We are using predefined Microsoft Excel template and uploading time for our 2000+ employees to the SAP Business ByDesign system.

All uploaded time records are initially saved in inactive status and later automatically activated in a background operation. This background operation takes sometimes up to 5 days to complete. This is creating a problem for us when we upload time towards the accounting month end: there is always proportion of time that is not activated by the time GL period is closed.

Question: Can we upload the time which will be activated immediately?
