New Button for Service request not working as expected

Hi Experts,

I am using solution manager 7.2 and we use service request feature in ITSM.

On the search page, when I click on the "New" button the default SR page is launched. Not the SR category selection page. However, when I click on IT Service management --> Service Request the category selection page is launched.

Can someone please help me with resolving this?
