We are about to proove introducing mysap crm. An important fact is the question about the usability in sap when changing from a microsoft (wincard) look & feel to sap. Can you give me some hints where I can find neutral field reports or facts about the sap usability or a migration report (describing comparable migration situations)? I already found the official sap usability guidelines, but I need, as mentioned, neutral field reports. Perhaps you know about some boards or something comparable...
we are just in a state of consideration. There's no decision yet. Concerning our businessprocesses I think SAP GUI and the Interaction Center Win- or Webclient are the best fitting ones.
