Since this night maintenance and after your message "A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.", my chatbots were still unavailable:
SAP API error 404 : Channel not found
I discovered that all my connectors (I had 6 of them, on 2 bots) have disappeared. When I click on "Webchat" or "Messenger", the platform suggests to create a new connector, instead of showing my connectors.
I managed to work it out by creating new connectors, but all my existing Webchat users are broken, because they have the wrong id & token.
Could you please put back the previous connectors?
