Currently we have used Offline Workflow for Process Control for CCM. The functionality is working as expected as Issue Owner is receiving mails with 2 attachments -
1.Automated monitoring pdf
2. Excel with deficiencies.
Scenario 1 - Issue Owner reviews the form and Submit without a plan then the changes are triggered back to the system.
Scenario 2 - Issue Owner forwards the mail to other user A and User A Submits .
For Scenario 2 I want to restrict User A from Submitting the form as this action should only be performed by Issue Owner.
