Hi friends,
I have a case where I build a Story with prompts. Every End-User has to fill in the prompts. The prompts show up automatically after opening the Story. But I have one End-User where the prompts dont show up automatically...
Of course the prompts are settet to pop up automatically... Thats why I can not see the problem.
May there be some User specific settings which could take influence of the prompts?
Thanks in advance.
Hi friends,
I tried out to find the root of this issue and I got following result:
The prompts wont show up if the user just have a single chosseable parameter.
In other words: The User needs to have a certain amount of selectable parameters resulting from the authorization. If so, the prompts appear after opening the story.
Kind regards,
Ismail

Yes it is used. The user is able to click the button, where he opens the prompt window and set the prompts.
But it needs to be automatically
