Analysis for Office reports header prompts are showing values as #NA in scheduled report.

Working on AO 2.8.1 Version.

After upgradation of AO version to 2.8.1, Scheduled AFO reports headers, started giving value as #NA.

Tried to remove @ from report header formulas still issue remains same.

Anyone experienced similar issue with AO 2.8.1 version?

Thank you!

    Hi Aditi,

You mean Info fields ? any screenshot please...

We had similar issue for Info fields displaying #NA with AO 2.7 schedule but the issue was resolved after updating AO to 2.7.8. Now we are on 2.8 and no such issues observed.

    Regards,

    Kiran

    Hi Aditi,

We have the same issue on 2.8.1. From investigation of the logs I found that the formula values are being retrieved but are lost when opening Excel with Automatic calculation activated. If you open the scheduled workbook with Excel calculation set to manual you will probably see the formulas are returning the correct value.

We are considering upgrading to SP04 or SP05 when it's out but the above workaround may help with your requirement.
