SAP CRM WEB IC - address fields being cleared after auto comeplete

Hi,

I'm using a third party service to auto complete address. when user starts entering house num/street name, third party app will give suggestion, once selected other address fields are filled - house num 2, postal code, region. This works fine.

But when I hit enter these auto completed address fields are cleared.

I am also trying to do auto address complete in SAP CRM grant management BP_ADDR component in standard address thru Canada Post. Auto address is working fine and i can select the values but after that when we click save or enter, data is not saved and values got cleared on enter. I used javascript code from canada Post website for Auto address complete Any suggestions

I hope l have understood your issue correctly. "But when I hit enter these auto completed address fields are cleared." Please refer to the KBA note: 2427574 to get the account confirmed automatically

2427574 - Autocontinue: In account identification an account is not confirmed automatically
