Supplier Fees

I believe suppliers would have to pay fees to transact on the AN as part of this solution, right? Its not like Ariba’s SCC solution wherein suppliers do not have to pay fees. Kindly confirm.

    Hello,

Normally supplier does not need to pay anything.

To be more detailed about it:

There are two types of accounts,

    1) standard account - which is entirely free of charge

    2) enterprise account - for which supplier pays the fees. This type of account is dedicated for suppliers who want to use EDI integration or upload their catalogues to Ariba Network.

Lastly, if customer wants to pay on behalf of his suppliers, he needs to purchase DSN with buyer funded model for X number of suppliers. This approach is fairly popular in Asia.
