SAP Sales Cloud - Unable to preview print form

Hello,

I am trying to create custom PDF print forms using the method described in this post :

I followed it all the way through, but when I click on my preview button in Sales Cloud, instead the preview, I get the following error message :

No PDF found.

BAdI not implemented

Output Service processing error

Mandatory parameter form xml data is missing.

I tried to solve it by creating a new form group and changing the outport value to the new group code, as suggested in this similar question : https://answers.sap.com/questions/12575622/sap-byd---unable-to-preview-print-form.html#. But the error remains the same.

However, when I try to open my custom forms from the Form Template Maintenance tab, i get the expected result :

Any ideas ?
