Alternative way of creating logic port without using SOAMANAGER

Hi,

Is there a way in ABAP while calling the client proxy, that the logical port specified can be the one that has been created programmatically and not via SOAMANAGER. Or any other way to create logical port without having to use SOAMANAGER

Context:

Customers do not like using SOAMANAGER and asking if there is an alternative. This is the context for the above question. The SOAP web service we are consuming in our application is hosted on SAP Support backbone systems (or in other words the support portal). On our application side, we have the service consumer created and have manual instructions to customers to create the logical port using SOAMANAGER
