Hi SAP Community,
I hope that you all are doing well and keeping yourself safe. I wanted to ask you if you know where I could change the default value set for the 'assigned to' field within a ticket. For instance, when I create a new ticket and leave 'Assigned to' blank, it automatically populates it to the user creating the ticket. I am looking into removing or modifying that rule. I am not sure where to configure this or is this something hard-coded?
