About AR Balance Notification for email

Hello everyone.

Please share your knowledge or experiences about "AR Balance Notification".

My customer requires to send AR Balance Notification via e-mail.

As far as I investigated, I found that this requirements would be covered by using Fiori apps as below.

1.Create Balance Confirmations(F.17)

2.Create Correspondence

Also I found the app "Manage Customer Balance Confirmations" .

Does anyone know whether "Manage Customer Balance Confirmations" app can be used to send email?

I think this app seems to be used to send email if it's set up Output channel, however, I'm not sure

it will work.

I hope you give me some advise for this question.
