How to import App from ABAP Repository to SAP Business Application Studio?

Hi,

SAP Business Application Studio is an evolution of SAP Web IDE. I used to use WEbIDE to import existing applications from my on-premise SAPUI5 ABAP repository into the SAP Web IDE workspace.

But I did not understood how to upload (ABAP Repository) Fiori Apps into SAP Business Studio.

Did someone face the same problem yet ?

Best regards,

Pedro Filipe

    Hi,

Normally you should not import your application from the ABAP repository into the SAP Web IDE. The deployed version does not contain all the original files of the developments. Therefore, you have to use git.

Despite that, I’m not sure this is already available in Business Application Studio. The only documentation available just mentions how to test and deploy to your ABAP system: https://help.sap.com/viewer/9d1db9835307451daa8c930fbd9ab264/Cloud/en-US/22f3401b2e464344943f2a6abf05d092.html

It’s not the answer to your question but might help you...
