IDoc : How to pull delta data from source system/client

Hello Expert,

Current our scenario is as follows;

1. Maintain account master on Dev system
2. Transfer delta to QA and Prod system via IDoc (tRFC) (BD50+RBDMIDOC)

In this scenario, delta is updated from Dev sytem to QA/Prod via RFC, that is "push" method from Dev.System to Prod.System.
But I'd like to trigger update process from Prod system, that is "pull" method from Prod.System to Dev.System.
Is that possible?
