Documents cannot be created in SAP DMS

Hi Experts!

I have seen many threads on this DMS issue, but all these were not providing a solution to my issue:

When i try opening the document in DMS, i am getting message " C:/ userid/ temp/ : DOCUMENTS CANNOT BE CREATED

But with my user id , if i open the document in my colleagues system, it is opening correctly.

Could you pls tell me what can be the issue here? What action needs to be taken to resolve this?
