How to get soft/hard copy of my SAP Certificate from 2016.

Hi,

I achieved my certification in September 2016. At that time soft copy of certificate was stored in Credentials Manager. One could download/print copies of certificate as needed.
However Credential Manager was retired and old certifications were not transferred to Acclaim.

I need a soft/hard copy of my certificate from 2016.

How can obtain it?
