SAP B1 Localization

We are in the process of implementing SAP B1 . Our manufacturing facilities are situated in Srilanka and India . We have sales & distribution office in UK . All these three companies are individual companies under one ownership. We selected SAP partner from Srilanka and purchased all licenses (Users for all three countries) from Srilanka with US localization plus intercompany addon . However , half way through , we realized its advisable to have UK localization for UK company as It contain MTD facility and all link with Tax authorities in UK .

PLease advise what will be the most suitable SAP recommended way to have UK localization to UK company and US localization to Srilanka and India company with Intercompany addon?
