Sales order copy in sales order: Updating VBUP from source

Hello,

we have complex sales orders with a lot of items and delivery dates from a web shop. Sometimes, indeed quite often, the owner of a customer-business are changing. The new owner want to keep the order up and we need to transfer the sales order to a new customer number. We do it manually without a realy good solution. What we want is to use the function "copy with reference" in VA01 after the input of sold-to-part/ship-to-party number. But there is one problem, we need to transfer the already delivered items and set this items in the new order with status delivered (vbup-entries). The reason is a Z-Logic in the web portal for free of charge goods depending on the sales volume, which consider the already delivered items.

Is there a (easy) way to manipulate the item-status-(vbup)-entries via copy routines (not S/4 HANA)? Unfortunately the vbup-entries are not available in the copy routines and also not in other kinds of VTAA-copy-routines:

Maybe there is no way to handle it without ABAP OO cus of the place of the routines in the programm, isn't it?

Thanks for ideas

Best regards
