C4C How to add survey respondents to a target group automatically?

Hi,

In the help I find the following information

Especially the phrase: You can create a target group directly from a survey report and then assign a promotion to that target group.

When I am running the report I do not see any download options e.g. download to Target Group.

Is this still a manual process? Run the report, make your selection, download the respondents and upload them via a CSV file into an empty target group?

Or is it possible to set up a target group with member determination based on a report, a question and a specific answer? And that on answering according the conditions, the respondent is added to the target group automatically?

In the member determination with the target group functionality, I don't see any signs that this is possible.

Indeed I always click on the column label - it is a habit.

I checked some standard reports

Contacts can be added to a target group in the following reports

• Campaign Response Details

Accounts can be added to a target group in the following reports

• Account Contact Details
• Accounts with open Opportunities
• Accounts with open Activities
• Visit Survey Answers

For the Business Partner Survey: Net Promoter Score report it is still not working for me.

Hi Arun,

I tried to do what you did in the printscreen.

When i click on the Respondent, I do not get the option [Export all Respondents to new Target Group], but the standard options like Description and ID, Fitler etc.

Is their something i need to activate first?

Hi MJ,

Did you try in the report? The option is not available in the Data source preview

This works in the below reports as far as I have checked.

Visit Survey: Answers => Account column

Business Partner Survey: Net Promoter Score = > Respondent Column

Don't click on the Column Label. Click on one the Accounts.
