Pb 12.5 IDE does not launch

Hi,

I am using Powerbuilder 12.5 since 3 years . The development environment is working fine. but i observed since last 2 days developing environment is not launching .Although it's is showing up on taskbar but the moment we click on icon from taskbar it opens nothing. no action takes place.

I can see the ide through the combination key of Ctrl + Alt + Tab but that also just shows its opened window does not launch it.

Steps taken while faced this issue

I just cleaned up the C drive of my system using disk clean up feature of windows operating system.

Since then found this bug.

Please guide me about the steps of how to fix it asap. Thanks
