Crystal Reports CMC User Access

We have several users that have left our organization. An internal audit found these user accounts. We are hoping to remove these accounts from having access to the CMC. Will this break any subscriptions they currently have scheduled? e.g. Individual A wrote and deployed recurring reports for the Marketing Department. we still want this report to run, but we want to remove Individual A from having access to the CMC.
