Hii All,
I have clarification on PM planning plant and Maintenance plant. For instance, I have a planning plant as A and maintenance plant as B. Equipment, say 1000, is installed in FL on maintenance plant B and spare part,SP01, created in plant B
Clarification 1 : When I create a tasklist ( either equipment specific or general ) and tried to assign the component, it is throwing the error that it is not maintained in plant A. Should all my spares be extended to plant A (Planning Plant) ?
Clarification 2 : When I raise a PR from the order for the equipment 1000, in the components tab plant filled it is automatically occupying the planning plant ? Is there a way to change to maintenance plant or all the procurement (Material and service) will only be to planning plant ?

There are a few ways to handle this scenario.
1. Utilise user-exit CNEX0027 to change the plant/storage location (see SMOD)
2. Create the TL in the planning plant, then use the MEBOR transaction to change the values to that of the order
3. Use BADI IWO1_TL_INTEGRATION2 to manipulate the data

Clarification 1 : If you only want to create TLs in the planning plant (A), then you will need to use the MEBOR solution above
Clarification 2 : For items in the component tab, the standard is to take the planning plant from the order header. You will need to use the user-exit to change this.
