BAPI_CONTRACT_CHANGE - Release strategy issue

We have a issue regarding release strategy for contracts. We are doing mass changes in contracts using BAPI_CONTRACT_CHANGE But the release strategy does not restart after update values

How procedure to adjust the release strategy process?
