Hi Isabelle,

Normally the final delivery indicator for a purchase order is either set automatically by the system on goods receipt on the basis of the total quantity delivered or it is set manually by users. Due to the nature that manufacturing processes cannot be always controlled precisely, it is common in mill products that users need to set the final indicator even if the total quantity delivered is less than the purchase order quantity (but within the acceptable tolerance). Or on the other hand, that users may need to reset the final delivery indicator even if it has been set automatically on the basis of total quantity delivered, but the characteristics of the delivered products don't meet requirements.

The transaction /SAPMP/WEHB allows users: to select purchase orders by (among other criteria) delivery status, to display goods receipts with characteristics for verification, and to set or reset the final delivery indicators based on proposals provided by the program.
