    Dear Carlos,

    Your screen shots are not visible, however checking at the error messages I feel there seems to be The activity Define Administrators for Project Team is not completed in the system.

    Please check If the blow KBA helps to resolve your issue.

    2296175 - Error Message: Target UI Could Not be Determined in the Current Scope. Please Ask Your System Administrator to Check the Scoping.

    Also please refer the KBA to ensure all the configurations are done on UI side -
    2312177 - Error While Opening Custom Fine Tuning Activity: The Target UI Component is Not Assigned to any Work Center View

    Hi,

    In case the issue persists after following the KBAs shared by Anant, please try the following in your solution:

    1. Save and Activate the affected .BCC and .BCO files.
    2. Open the BAC file and hit Next-> Finish -> OK and Activate this file.
    3. Right-Click the Solution and select Deploy Business Configuration.
