Unable to see screen personas dots on the Webgui screen

Hi Experts,

We have installed screen personas in our system and trying to access Webgui for html. When the page loaded we are not able to see personas dots on the top of the screen.

My user is assigned with SAP_ALL. Let me know how to get the personas flavor tool bar.

Hi Vara,

Please follow the SAP Screen Personas configuration guide available here to make sure that the configuration is done accordingly. Some high level checklist

- The ABAP back-end system meets the requirements and a supported Web browser such as the latest Google Chrome is used

- SICF services are enabled

- /sap/bc/personas SICF node has the correct GUI configuration set

- SAP Screen Personas roles assigned, corresponding profiles in PFCG generated

- Health Check tool in /n/personas/admin transaction does not report any red traffic lights or missing relevant notes

- The SPAM queue is empty. SAP Screen Personas may not be available if the queue is not empty.

If the issue still persists after following the steps listed in the configuration guide, please consider opening a BC-PER incident ticket and we will take a look.
