  • Working in SAP Business One 9.3 PL 10
  • Bound the SAP B1 user “manager” to the Windows Server “administrator” user
  • Have enabled SSO in SLD, the option “Disable Logons with SAP Business One User Accounts” is not selected.

Working on Windows Server via the “Administrator” account

  • Can access the bounded company databases in SAP Business One Client
  • Cannot logon to DTW with [DomainName]/administrator credentials which is working in SAP B1 Client
  • Able to logon to DTW with some of the other users accounts (non-administrators)
  • Changing the MS bounded user with “manager” to another user, can access the DTW
  • Disable the SSO functionality can access the DTW from the MS “administrator” user
  • DTW logon was possible with the Microsoft bounded user “administrator
  • Delete the existed folder of DI API and DTW, Uninstall DI API and DTW and reinstall them
  • Run DTW as an administrator

In that case, I would ask you to raise an incident for SAP Business One Support Team under the component SBO-DTW to get the issue investigated.

Hi kenan.jaddeny,

After entering the Domain User Name and Windows Password, click on Refresh Button. This will display the Database Name and the Server details.

After that just click on the OK Button.

Hope it helps!

Hi kenan.jaddeny,

OK.. Click on "Change User" Button in DTW. Specify User Code or Domain as \ [Back slash] only.

Enter the windows password and then click on Refresh Button. What are the results?

Refer to SAP Note 2446781 for the same.

Kind regards,

Hi Ankit!

I tried it as [Domain]/administrator [Back slash] it's not accepted, then enter the password and press on refersh, still not able to access DTW using the bounded adminstrator user,

I reviewed these notes: 2742471, 2677918, 2446781

Click on "Change User" Button in DTW. Specify User Code or Domain as \ [Back slash] only, getting nothing.
