Scheduling - Live data Stories - SAP Analytics Cloud

Hello All,

while scheduling a story ('schedule to publication') based on a HANA live connection to an email destination, the output PDF is returning an error "Sorry. we couldn't access the data source. contact your administrator".

We have enabled the option 'Allow live data to securely leave my network" under data source configuration. But it is still showing throwing an error in the PDF output. I can open the story in SAC and run it successfully and the issue is only with the scheduled output.
