Failed to initialize import/export Dialog

I am getting the error when I click on File - Import option (I am unable to see the Import universe option / screen)

Error: "Failed to initialize import/export. Previous Error: Failed to retrieve root universe folder. You may not have permission to view this folder".

Product: SAP BusinessObjects BI platform 4 Client Tools

Tool: Universe Design Tool 4.2

Version: 14.2.7. 3069

Things that I have tried/comments

• -Uninstall and Install again SAP BO BI Platform Client Tools.

• -Delete all *.lsi files on my machine

• -Use another account / administrator account and login using Enterprise authentication instead of Windows AD.

• -Other users don’t have this issue and they have same privileges as me.

• -I Can get authenticated without issues. I had used this machine in the past without issues.

Box/Machine: Windows 10 Pro, 64bits.
