SAP Enable Now Updated Document Template Style Not Uploading to Manager - On-prem

We have updated one of our DOT files in the Resources > Doc Styles in Producer. I have tried numerous times to finish editing and save to manager with the Must Have checkbox selected. The changes do not make it to the Manager but I can see changes on the local host. Any advice?
