Set Assertion-Based Mapping Rules in Subaccount via an API by a Java program?

Hi,

can I set or update the Assertion-Based Mapping Rules via API in a subaccount by a Java program for example? We have to create/update quite a lot of mapping rules. So it would be easier to do it via a program.
