Check Result "Not Reachable" in Cloud Connector

Dear Experts,

I was trying to add the backend SAP HANA System to my cloud connector for using the same for my SAP UI5 apps but i am getting Not Reachable error in Cloud Connector => Cloud to On Premise.

For the connection, I have taken the Internal host value same as the Application Server value in Logon and the port from the SICF .

I have checked in Log and Trace File "

ljs_trace.log

and found the error 2020-05-24 00:11:36,703 +0530#INFO#com.sap.scc.rt#Thread-80# #SccEndpointValidator has thrown exception for HTTP://<HostName:Port: Connection reset java.net.SocketException: Connection reset

I am attaching all the screen shots for the same.

Just want to add we have one proxy address added in LAN Settings under Use automatic configuration script.

Please help.
