Hi,
We are facing some issues in the back office. We are using Hybris 5.7. The issues are mentioned below:
1. We see "unable to load widget settings" in our console logs leading to widget not being loaded on the BO console. But as soon as we reset the widget using orchestrator mode, it resolves.
2. We face widget issue very frequently, We have to restart to get it to work again.
3. We have also added the below properties for auto widget reset upon restart which doesn't seem to work sometimes (https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/incident/pointer/002075129500007530322019)
backoffice.cockpitng.reset.triggers=start
backoffice.cockpitng.reset.scope=widgets
Could anyone provide any solution(permanent fix) for this.
