control number on PR W2

We are currently setting up the Puerto Rico W2 in SAP and when we print the PR W2 we see that the control number box is being printed as 12 digit number on the W2 form but correctly as 9 digit on the mag media file. As per PR Treasury this control number should be 9 digit. we have maintained our control number range as 9 digit numbers in table T5UX6. for example if we maintain 100002000 in table T5UX6, on PR W2 we get 000100002000 (3 leading zeros). can you please let us know if there is a Note to fix this issue on PR W2 form?
