Hi guys,
In the Cloud Platform (logged in with my global account) I created a subaccount 'trial' (which is pointing to my local CP account). Living in Germany, my region is 'cf-eu10' and the server is an 'AWS'. I also enabled the cloud foundry but for some reason I do not have any subscriptions available.
What steps did I miss to be able to subscribe to subscriptions.
Thanks for your help!
Cheers,
Thorsten
Hi Thorsten,
At the global account level, you can verify the service assignments (commercial contract).
Under Subaccount Assignments, select a subacount > Go > Configure Entitlements > Add Service Plan | and add the available plans and quota to the subaccount. This activity is usually performed by the global account administrator.
At the subaccount (regional cloud provider datacenter) level, you can adjust these entitlements.
Would this answer your question?
Should you be interested, we just updated our SAP Cloud Platform onboarding video tutorial series which explain some of these concepts.

Hi Dennis,
Thanks for the information, the video-tutorials look great.
It seems I wasn't completely transparent. I'm on a trial account. Created a subaccount and linked it to my trial account (which I had before to log-in to the SAP Web IDE). But for some reason I do not have subscriptions or entitlements available.
I hope it clarifies my question?!
Hi denys.kempen,
Thanks, it worked perfectly fine. I just had to add the entitlements manually and preserve some memory for the applications ('Application Runtime').
Cheers,
Thorsten
I keep getting "Could not subscribe to Integration Suite. Please try again. If the problem persists, open a ticket under the BCP component for this application." for Integration Suite, this is very frustrating

Hello,
this seems to be a problem with the trial accounts?
My account was switched to the new governance model yesterday, which means my old subaccount was removed without notice (I had some nice demos set up there, now I can access them through CLI but all the services and service keys were removed..)
The new trial account doesn't let me push any apps, because there are 0 routes assigned.
Thanks
Daniel
