BP download not working properly


Help! I'm trying to download a BP from SDN by simply clicking on the download icon. The system informs me that I must create a User Mapping to the Service Marketplace. After creating the User Mapping with my UserID and Password, I am getting the following error when I click the download icon:


The page cannot be displayed

The page you are looking for might have been removed or had its name changed.


The URL it is using is this:

Is there a setting on my browser that I have to change? The BP I am trying to download does exist, so I'm trying to figure out why SDN is doing all they can to make my hair turn gray. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
