C4C Some fields are greyed out in language adaption, what is the logic

Hi,

Currently I am doing some language adoption.

As visits and appointments are used - appointments are quite a confusing word, so we change Appointment in General Activity.

I collected texts from Customers and Activities. With regards to the UI text I can change the menu, titles, list box (query names), tool tips etc.

Unfortunately I cannot change the text of the list that is displayed in the Account / Contact - Tab: Activities - All Appointments in to All General Activities. I also wonder why some Target Text fields greyed out?
