Purchase Order Getting Duplicated

Hi folks, sending one PO from ECC, Ariba is getting 2 PO's. Purchase order is getting getting duplicated in ECC or PI and reaching Ariba with 2 different Payload ID's.

Please help me in finding the route cause of the issue and solving it.

Check the mapping and make sure same PO is not triggered twice from ECC.

Hi Siva,

I beleive you are using the custom Ariba CI mappings.

*Stop the Ariba receiver channel.

*Trigger the POs from ECC.

*Take the payload and check-in ESR mapping if the PO is generated twice within the mapping.
