Help - Reopen closed Sales Order

Hi there,

is there a chance to reopen closed sales order?

we've read other thread and said can't. perhaps, there is a chance to do that.

we want to use same document number, instead to re-create new sales order.

please advice. thank you

Yes, we can't do on closed sales order.

Once the status is closed, we can't modify and there is no change to fix it. The tables for sales order are ORDR and RDR1.

Please note that update at backend is not supported by SAP and if any issue before backend update, SAP will not support.

Hi,

Share the realationship map of the sales order to advise. If standalone sales order, then it is not possible to re-open closed sales order.

yes, it's only standalone sales order.

I try to cancel that sales order, but can't.

so there is no chance to fix it?

one another question, where I can get information, what tables related when I create/add sales order?
