OOTB - ASM Customer 360 View

Referring to ASM - Promotions Tab, displays coupons section in ASM customer 360 view.

In OOTB B2C accelerator Electronics site, following coupons are displayed.

On clicking on apply to cart, coupon is applied to cart as below -

But no discount is being applied in cart or checkout

Ideally, Coupons must be activated and their corresponding promotion rules must be published for changes to take place. Here in OOTB electronics store, above coupon is activated but I don't see any promotion rule being applied with this coupon code as the condition.Hence no discount is being applied on cart.

Any idea on how this CSA coupon is implemented to work for ASM? Is there any promotion rule being set for this CSA coupon?
