I am using hybris 1811 version B2C accelerator, and installed the ticketsystem extension and customerticketingaddon, in order to create a new support ticket, update support ticket from backoffice customer support perspective.
Referring to configuring emails for ticketing, (customer service module)
Ticket Event Email Configuration are used to send the emails to customer which is using a particular OOTB HTML template for emails.
What is the best suitable approach to customize these email templates? Any suggestions?
