In our project requirement is to assign customer ((FLCU01 (Customer SD)) and vendor (FLVN00 (Vendor FI)/FLVN01 (Vendor Purchasing View)) specific roles to already created and existing BPs using MDG-BP. In addition company code data, sales view data and purchasing view data has to be maintained in MDG-BP for those already existing BPs. The corresponding roles can be assigned in the MDG-BP UI, however and this is my question the UIBBs for company code, sales view and purchasing view seem to be missing. Can we now simply follow the steps in the MDG-S and MDG-C configuration guides to show those corresponding hidden MDG 6.1 and MDG 9.0 UIBBs by creating a customization while in the Search Business Partner Application and then editing page BS_CU_MLT_ASSIGNMENT ? Or do they need to be shown/activated by customizing Application Configuration BS_OVP_BP_ALL ? Or what is the best way to achieve this objective ?
P.S.: When I first assign e.g. role FLCU01 (Customer SD) in the MDG-BP UI and when I then add a new ERP customer I also have no UIBB available to maintain the company code data, meaning also not on the ERP customer level ? Any suggestions ?
