graphical & text tools to create&maintain chain's documentation ?

Hello,

We plan to migrate a lot of chains currently managed by Control-M.

We try to find the best way to create related documentations for each chains (and their dependancies).
Until now, we only manage SAP chains and each has been described in a Word document to be compliant with the internal company documentation rules.

But with non-SAP chains (script/ftp/VMS/jdbc ) write a word document for each takes too many time, and the result it's not friendly when some dependencies IN/OUT exist.

Do you have some suggestion about a tools merging graphical items and text ?
do you have an idea how we can extract info from Control-M and convert it in documentation?
