Some SMO not reflecting in the BW report

Hi,

I have issues regarding some SMOs (IW31,32,33) completed and invoiced are not showing in the BW report particularly sales margin report.

I was informed that this happened because there were 2 settlement rule created, but did not really advise what triggered this settlement rule.

Can some one help me resolve the issue? Please advise me what changes is required so these SMOs will reflect on the BW report particularly the sales margin.
