Getting to learn SAP MDM and MDG

Hi ,
i am new to the SAP. But i am very interested to learn SAP technologies.
Mainly, i want to learn SAP MDM and MDG. I want to learn it from the scratch.
I want to become a one of the SAP consultant on this.
Kindly guide me on this.
