Product costing for different base prices

Dear helper,

We are in the process of using the First sale principle where we will be calculating the duty price using the Manufacturer price and not from an intercompany price. How can we configure that in Product costing ?

As-IS Standard cost

PB00 + Duty ( Duty % multiplied with PB00) , we used Cost component split with Assignment of Conditions to Cost components . Duty percentage is maintained in a MM condition table by Product hierarchy.

To -be Standard cost calculation

PB00 + Duty (Duty % multiplied with Manufacturer price), can we achieve this by conditions ?
